I came here for a first time three weeks ago. The welcome was horrible, customers didn't get my request (normally in another BK they understand me in Spanish). This time, they perfectly understood that I wanted BIG KING XXL. We can charge our phone, toilets are good and it's not dirty.
Bro... Myself and two friends came in and each ordered a combo... 30 minutes later and our food is still not ready... it seems all the orders were sitting there to be bagged or put onto a tray but the 3 workers serving were completely lost... I told them we had 5 minutes before we had to go and the guy seemed to be getting my order ready... nope... he instead went and got a couple sodas ready for an order for people eating in.. when theres a soda machine for the person to do it themselves inside. Really... we left... 40 euros paid between the three of us empty handed.

Large branch in the centre of the city. It's easy to find but there is no parking so it might be difficult finding a space nearby. There is a large play area for children and the amenities were clean. It was quiet at Sunday lunchtime so food was freshly prepared to order.
