Great phone, email and text communications. Very welcome once arrived. On time and started work immediately. Came out to waiting room to provide updates. Waiting room nice, coffee, water and breads. Completed the work on time - outstanding efforts by everyone involved. Explained every detail. Will look forward to a return visit for my prized Subaru. Thank You Hughes Subaru.

I purchased my Subaru from this dealership and I must say that the customer service has been outstanding. This is the only dealership I have ever been to where my car buying experience was not a pain in the a**. I never appreciate haggling process. Hibiscus Flower

Serviced my oil change with no problems. Replaced some window insulation for free but had to go back do to leaving out some screws but made it up by giving me a card for a free detailing.
