Alachi never fail to deliver. Food standard, taste, customer service and delivery is fab. Courteous telephone manner, polite delivery people, great prices and fantastic food. Love this place and their service. Thank you

Abysmal delivery. Order placed and an hour later get an email saying cancelled. Tried again a week later as used them at least once a week, it arrived 2 hours after placing the order. We've given up, useless. From a more positive side the food is always nice, shame the delivery lets them down.
Usually good food, but after waiting almost 3 hours for the food to arrive to be told it was going to be another 30mins (chased it once and was told out for delivery!? Called back and it hadn’t?!) we won’t be ordering from them again. Disappointed.
Food was good, delivery was on time. Would order again but still not been refunded for the missing drink
The food was cooked to perfection, the staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough to provide an attractive service and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes.. I rate this as 5star at 3star price. Thank you Alachi for a superb night.
