If I could rate 0 stars I would. Please do not buy if you think you might have to return the product for any reason. They will not help by hiding behind the following statement: the product must be in resealable conditions. No matter what you buy, one opened, it cannot be resealed by them and your return will be refused. This happened to me and my partner with 2 Kindles. Never used but the box opened.

It's Argos, you know what the shopping experience will be like. The staff are generally very friendly, the place is often not too busy either, my only issue would be that stock levels are not as good as I would have expected so sometimes have to go to St. Stephens branch.

I have used this store to buy from the catalogue and the click and collect option on a number of occasions and up to now haven't come across any major problems. But sometimes, as I, and others, wait for our purchases it seems that some of the staff are wondering about aimlessly as queues form at the collection counter. The store is in a convenient location and parking space is plentiful.
Lovely lady called Becky went above & beyond for us looking for a tablet cover on Saturday 29th at 2.30pm at the Anlaby retail park one. Customer service in most places is rubbish these days & this will stick with me for a long time! Thank you Becky for restoring my faith
Usually find what we want to order from here. Never been disappointed yet.
Waited in all evening for a delivery having told it had been despatched. Then sent an email to say could not deliver and phone the number below. Guess what "we are closed" what an absolute joke. Tell you one thing without any intention of fulfilling. Why offer a service that they are unable to provide.
Very poor service from Argos I bought a Tom Tom sat nav on 02/10/16 the product has since developed a fault I returned it back to the store with the packaging and receipt. Argos informed me that they would not replace the product even though it was only a few months old and to contact Tom Tom direct. It would appear that Argos have decided to ignore the sales of goods act
