Visited 15/12/20. Parking a bit tight, but that's only to be expected at this time of year. Greeted at door and politely directed to the area of the store I needed. Server, a young, blond female (unsure of her name), was extremely courteous and very quickly located my purchase. I dare say that if she wasn't wearing a face mask that there would have been a pleasant smile as well. Store appeared clean and tidy - I have no problem in re-visiting this branch

I never learn so its my own fault \u200d️. However if you buy a product that goes faulty, there are not willing to exchange your item, you have to call the manufacturer. Sounds easy but trust me it is not, its likely they will pick up your item and hold it for weeks for a repair etc, extremely frustrating, most other places will swap it, and they will do the leg work with the manufacture, i will not be buying anything electrical from here again. Very poor customer service Argos, the product i needed i haven't had for 2 months. You have lost me and many of my family and friends as customers.
