Terrible attitude of staff and poor customer service. I know there's a national lockdown and a 'Pandemic' but please try to treat customers with respect.

I like this place because yo can buy almost anything in one place if you are into Asda. I think I appreciate the fact that you can customise cake design here. I remember buying a few gardening equipments in addition to groceriea

Although there are disinfection stations and plenty of hand gel there is absolutely no evidence of any staff on duty to monitor and control customers behaviour If you choose a quiet time the shopping experience is okay but beware of the busy periods they're horrendous

Love it! Excellent choice of items here, but the locals would greatly benefit from this being a 24 hour Asda.

They don't follow the Covid-19 rules very well. 1) Handwashing Stations run low during peak times and never refilled. 2) Bags for the self checkout are never at the barrier entrance, you have to walk all the way to the bottom and back again to use the machine, making contact with more people along the way, for just a bag! 3) Go in late on an evening at about 7pm - 9pm. They shut off the exit doors with a trolley blocking the exit. So the entrance door is a mixture of people leaving and people entering at the same time. What happened to the one way system? Does Covid clock off for the day? It's a mixture of complacency and staff laziness that let's this store down during these difficult times, unfortunately. You'd think with Asda been the name it is that they'd enforce customer safety more than what they are. Hopefully an external source investigates this soon.
