I would highly recommend Ashcourt to any student looking for accommodation. Ashcourt are lovely, accommodating and friendly Landlords and genuinely couldn’t do enough for their tenants. The front desk staff are so approachable and helpful and their maintenance workers are very understanding, respectful and respond very fast. I fell very safe in Ashcourt and it’s such a beautiful community. Ashcourt are really understating about payments, and difficult housing situations and are able to move you if you are not comfortable in your current house. They even offered two weeks of free rent for resigning for a second year! Some problems we had were very minor such as needing new freezer draws however this was quickly replaced and dealt with! They also have offered fresh paintings of rooms. Ashcourt caters for all types of accommodation and their really is something for everyone! Personally my room is beautiful and I feel so at home here. The best Thing about Ashcourt is the beautiful housing and Friendly staff. I have definitely resigned for a second year here!

really good location, nice a close to shops and still close to uni (whenever we go back in). Solved all issues we had moving in and all that have cropped up with being in a old house. not to expensive and a 50 week contract is nice to have, and good for student renting

Excellent accommodation with very nice and helpful staff. It is also very close to the university campus as well as shops. They have a variety of accommodation to fit various price ranges. Whenever there was an issue in my room or house, I easily logged it into their app and maintenance came the next day to fix it (they come right away for issues like leaks). The area is also very secure and safe as it is a gated community with security patrolling every night. Ashcourt has been the best student accommodation experience for me, so much so that I've signed up to stay here for the rest of my course. I would recommend Ashcort to anyone searching for student accommodation whether or not your on a budget. I have already recommended 2 friends who have singed up for next year and they absolutely love the space and the house I currently live in.
