Very disappointed came in interested in a few items. Store quiet lots of staff. They where Not interested. Liked the fan display on way in. Went to look at phones and cleaners. No staff came to help had to go and find. Not relly interested in me so in the end i gave up. I bought 2 fans for 70 put again had to find someone to take money. I have a budget of 300 to 400 for items i could have bought at budget but will buy tomorrow somewhere else. I was disappointed and would probably go somewhere else first in future. If I am treated professional i tend to buy there and then as i value my time. Budget need to train and have motivated staff. Sorry to be negative and i hope you take it as constructive.

Great shop. And great that local companies can still compete with the major companies . Helpful staff and quite often a bargain to be found. Great that they will deliver quite often within a few days of ordering.

Great price, fantastic service, delivered promptly and well packaged. Needed an electric wok as new induction hob is useless for stir frying. Research products, found the one I wanted at a great price on this site, would definitely use again.

I went there this week and, to save time I asked a member of staff if they had a wall light with a PIR sensor that worked on batteries, well she never spoke just shook her head from side to side didn't seem as if she was bothered so I carried on looking round the store and found one as I had an idea I would find one. I then said to her you don't seem to know much about what you sell or have in stock, and to be honest I don't think there was anyone else in the store no wonder with that kind of service in the end I didn't buy it and will go elsewhere.
