I'm not registered here but rang yesterday for an emergency appointment and they got me in this morning. Like everyone else I'm terrified of dentist but from walking in to leaving I felt quite relaxed. Reception staff were lovely and dentist and assistant were truly amazing and helpful they made it so easy and comfortable. I will be ringing regularly to try get registered as I don't want to go anywhere else

I was in absolute agony with my tooth over the weekend where 111 could not get me in for an emergency appointment. Phoned my dentist on the Monday were the next appointment was not for a week, and the fantastic receptionist managed to move things around a little for me for the next day after hearing how much pain I was in which I was very grateful for. All staff there are lovely from the receptionists to the Dentist/Dental nurses. You wouldn't think they were working through a pandemic as they make you feel at such ease with smiles on their faces. Their set up for COVID is fantastic one of the best I have seen to reduce the risk of COVID transmission but to still allow their much needed services to continue. Fantastic Service all round. Thank you to everybody at Bupa, Holderness Road, stay safe \u003c3

I have nothing but praise for how both reception staff and dentists have coped through these difficult times. I was in the middle of treatment when lockdown began, but was clearly informed about what was happening in the practice. I have been contacted again now to finish my treatment with a phone call directly from my dentist which I thought was a wonderful human touch. This was followed by another friendly call from the reception staff - great service!

really go out of their way to get you seen, dentists here are wonderful and very kind, im a nervous patient but i don't stress out here as the dentists talk calmly and reassure you. the receptionists are professional and friendly thankyou :)

I was anxious on going. Due to covid. But i felt safe. Staff were friendly. They had all precautions in place. Looked after you from going in to coming out.
