This so called \workplace\ is terrible. As a worker you are treat awfully and are belittled on many occasions. I strongly suggest that no one choices to work here as it will make you miserable. Many of the workers who make it to \team leader\ are often uneducated with little degrees or a-levels. Whilst this is not a problem, their attitude towards this is a nightmare. They often judge people with an education for coming to Clearanswer, saying that their time was wasted if they've ended up on the phones. The worst part of Clearanswer is definitely the contact centre manager. She is rude, vile and aggressive towards workers. I know of many workers (past and present) that have a serious problem with her attitude. She does not know how to do her job and the way she speaks to people reflects that. Whilst the call centre has many flaws, if the centre manager left Clearanswer, the business would be a lot better. I advise that she goes into a job that suits her persona more, such as cleaning the sewers.

Call centre that never calls people back and advertises fake jobs. That my friend is employment fraud.
Managment do not have a clue, Staff queries are ignored so try to contact via email and do not answer emails, completly blanked. No health and saftey measures. No matter how desperate you are to work, do not go here.
A great place to work in Hull. I worked here for 3 years before I left to have my first child. The job is fulfilling and I've made friends that will last me a lifetime.
