Appalling company, avoid! Bought the caravan as a brand new home already situated on a permanent residential site. There were problems with it from the day we moved in. Delta Homes are unwilling to help either the site owner, or us. It started with minor problems like plastic still on all interior doors, lights not being wired up properly, or simply didn't have bulbs, so all had to be replaced at our expense. There were huge gaps around the front door, which they tried to blame the site owner for, and all the big picture windows that are apparently by law too big to be hung from the side, are now pulling out of the window frames, so all have to be replaced and rehung from the top! This will leave large holes all around the frames in our brand new home, but at least we will be able to use the windows, which we haven't been able to so far, even in this heat. Each time we, or the site owner ring them, we are fobbed off and told someone will visit. On the one occasion someone did call, he agreed the windows should never have been hung like that, but they never bothered to come back to do the work and are now saying they don't have to as the warranty has run out and it's no longer their problem. Apparently by law they have to put things right as we reported the first problems within 24 hours of moving in, and all problems within the first 3 months., but they now hang up when we ring and all registered letters are ignored. They are a disgraceful company who have shown complete disregard for their customers. So whilst we consider our next move, anyone considering buying from them, you have been warned, and if you do go ahead and purchase from them, be prepared to put everything right yourself, and don't expect any advice/support from Delta Homes, just rudeness and excuses! They are only interested in getting their hands on your money!

After the caravan was 7 months old the seating started to go flat and looked worn it was reported to delta and got no response from them until the caravan was 12 months old when their they then said it was wear and tear and are now saying that the caravan is now out of warranty so it's nothing to do with them they are not interested in the warranty they only want to unload the caravan onto a customer and then forget about it they would not reply to me until the end of the warranty bad customer service by a company that's only interested in selling caravans and then just leave you with it

Build quality of vans is very poor, door frames not secured, kitchen wall cupboards only held on by 2 screws so came out wall, plug sockets broken, extractor fan not working, guttering broken. Warranty and after care is terrible - they don’t even accept a leaking radiator causing the heating system to shut down is covered under warranty - it’s down to us to fix. All of the above and the van was only bought in March 2018. If you can buy somewhere else I would
