Appalling service. There simply isn't any. No appointments available, no telephone, no nothing, what an utter shambles, it's a rugby scrum at 8am to see if you can even get through. The NHS isn't fit for purpose.

If there was a no star option, this is what I'd give this practice. Never any appointments available, unless you re-dial about 50 times, which takes over an hour. Soul destroying, especially if you're at work. Receptionists are awful. Last year, I'd left my thyroid meds in our caravan, so rang on Monday morning to get just 5 days worth, until I went back to caravan, and the Receptionist actually had an argument with me, telling me that she wouldn't put my request through, as I could be lying to her!! I was livid!! Practice manager apologised but good lord!!! I wasn't going to be selling my thyroid tabs on the street corner was i?? AVOID.

I can never get through to them when needing something important. Any other time when I do not really needing a doctor I can get through fine. And when I do get through the staff do try to help as much as they can.

Absolute worst surgery I have ever had to deal with. Where do I start on why, firstly you cannot get through on the phone, this morning I have tried over 100 times, the only way you can get an appointment is to keep going in at 8am until you get an appointment, unfortunately if you work full time you cannot do this if you need to keep your job. Secondly if you can get there watching the very old aged pensioners having to stand outside in the freezing cold until the doors open dead on 8am, they do not even have the decency to open the doors and let them wait inside. To add insult to injury they turned my daughter away on a prior illness which resulted her then been admitted to hospital she is 1 year old just turned. It's a disgrace to our NHS Service.

After reading the reviews posted i must admit to being a bit concerned. However the whole process was a breeze, the receptionist was polite and couldnt have been more helpful. The building itself is easy to access bright airy and clean. I turned up early for my appointment as it was the first time id been to this jealth centre, nevertheless i was seen within 5 mins of my alloted time. The health professional i saw was extremely polite reassuring and listened to what i had to say a far cry from reading the pre visit posts! On the whole a very positive experience well done to you all.
