3 members of staff, 3 \counters\ ...but only ONE serving customers - result, a big queue! This seems common practice at this Post Office counter. Otherwise OK. One good thing about it being situated inside Morrisons is that there are plenty of free parking spaces.

I was wondering how is it possible that post office can have such a low rating. Now i know. Sent parcel at 4:46pm one day and been told cut off time is 5pm. Next day at 4:50pm its too late and being told cut off time is 4:45pm. -No it is 5pm -who told you that? -that lady (pointed at her co-worker standing behind and denying saying so) Anyway its closing at 5:30pm and according to royal mail site cut off times might be as early as 30 mins before closing time? So simply because of someone's lazyness and incompetence i am failing my customers sending parcels day later...

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff every time I’ve had to use this post office. They’re clearly employing the wrong people - none of them seem to know how to talk to customers and somehow think they’re above everyone too. 1 star is too high of a review, terrible service.
