1 star is too many..... Took my work van for a quick look over for engine management light on my way to work having booked it in the week before, I took the vehicle to the service centre which was closed due to Covid??... I then called the centre up and was informed I had to go to the main sales centre. After driving round and parking I entered the centre and waited for 5 minutes to be seen. When booking my vehicle in I was advised it will be between 2 - 3 hours as I was 5 minutes late and all the mechanics had now been allocated jobs. I couldn't wait that long as I had work, I asked if there was a chance somebody could give it a quick glance to diagnose the problem, I was told no.
