Good to deal with when buying the car but when it came to after sales service they were appalling.. Car obviously not checked as driver side electric window wasn’t working and there was an engine management light on. Paid for extra warranty and when I called regarding the issues I was told to call another branch who didn’t even answer the phone... I tried to call Beverley branch back and there was no answer either.. all phone calls and emails were ignored for 3 weeks until I finally got hold of someone through Facebook messenger. It took 4 weeks to get my money back. If you value your time and money then look elsewhere.. there are plenty of other dealerships who actually have customer service skills and standards.
