I've recently been going to Foam Express to get my car cleaned and was quite satisfied with their service. I trusted them and thought to give them a bigger job, I wanted a full valet. A full interior and exterior clean, the whole job. The guys promised me an excellent job and sold me dreams. I took the car there on a half tank as well and was told to come collect it in two hours from around noon. I went there around 3.20 pm, the guys had not even started on my car yet. This is a 50 job. This was quite upsetting as I had things to do and everything stopped. They asked for an extra hour and I gave it to them. When I went back around 4.30pm, they were still not done. The door sills were dirty, the rims were dirty, there were streaks all across the car. The chairs were wet, the floor was dripping. The engine was not cleaned. The carpet on the driver's seat side was missing and the guys claimed it was never there in the first place. There are clips on the carpets exclusive to the model of the car as well and I've no idea where I'll ever find a replacement. My fuel had gone down a bar as well. It was a disaster. I've had to park my wet car with my windows rolled down to get it to dry. My heating has been on full blast when driving and I've been sat on a towel on my chair to keep my pants from getting wet. This is terrible service and my displeasure is immeasurable.

Actually its getting worse. Was the best car wash I'd found. Always took their time always complimented me on my my car.and i always gave a decent tip. It always looked tip top. More lately its never the same staff. Its rushed and they miss bits all over. Its more like a chore to them now. Im looking elsewhere.

They are joke , price depends of ,I don't really know what some times 5 ,8, 15 ? With the same car and service. Today they cleaned internally 8 plus stolen pack of cigarette? before 6 but they cleaned external and internal , lucky it wasn't any cigarette so , haven't disappeared. I don't know if they cleaned car or anything from car but I expected have cleaned car and cigarette on front seat should be there !!!

A very thorough clean inside and out for 12. Didn't take too long and staff were friendly enough.
