Came here today to get my girlfriends phone screen fixed (65), guy took 3 hours and ended up breaking the “camera flex” (resulted in the front camera and the front speaker not working). Only realised this was an issue once we arrived home since the man did not check everything was in order before we left and almost didn’t give us a receipt. Told us we had to wait until next week to get the part but the store next door installed the part for 35 straight away and explained exactly what he was doing unlike Fone Tech who didn’t seem interested in us as customers, only giving us 20 back after breaking a vital part of the phone (after saying he would pay for any charges if we could get it fixed elsewhere). Would not recommend this company.

Had problem with a phone screen that wasn't the best so took it bk into the shop to speak to the manager about it but he wasn't in so I spoke to Dean who took a look at it and seen the glue wasn't working properly on the screen I was given. Dean then changed the screen for 1 that had the right amount of glue on it and he fit it to my phone for me and after this the phone was working perfect. I wasn't the happiest of customers when i walked into the shop but Dean was professional and dealt with me fairly and i ended up walking out the shop with a big smile on my face. Always in too much rush. Took my mobile in for repair, the back fell off a day later. My son took his in there even though i told him not too and they stole his gel case. It made me think what else are they talking out of people's phones?
*** PLEASE BE AWARE***** These nasty people are fraudsters and thief’s. do not do business with them at any cost. They have stolen parts from my laptop whilst looking at it for me me. They told me it could not be fixed and was wrote of unless I paid for a new mother board. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and they looked it over and said it could be fixed. Upon inspection the second place have found out FONE TECH have swapped my battery (which the manager in the shop confirmed was fine) with a older model water damaged battery. Upon further checks it’s has been found that the have also swapped my LCD with a older damaged one from a different model. Unfortunately it’s a 2017 Apple product and will in total will cost me 700 to fix which Is money I just have not got. They are thief’s & have been reported to humberside police fraud department and trading standards. Do not believe the positive reviews as it is the owners friends. They are very dodgy if they have written your laptop or before or fixed it I would ask you to get it checked over elsewhere as I guarantee they will have robbed parts your machine also. One star is not a true rating they deserve nothing.
Awful experience!!!! Took the phone into the shop for a simple speaker change and when I got it back the speaker worked but the AUX port didn't and nether did the charging port when they were fine before they had the phone, fixed the aux port but denied any liability about the charging port now it works when it wants too and my phone's not been the same since. Suspect they have swapped the port for a faulty one as few other reviews have said they've been swapping good parts for faulty ones. AVOID! Going to ring trading standards it's ether that or I'll drive my car through his shop window! Cheeky!!!
Bought wireless pad charger, they tried to sell it to me for 25 pound got it for ten, package was damaged and the charger dosent work. Reported to hull trading standards. Turns out the charger is 6 pound brand new on amazon. Will not be shopping here again as they are scam artist.
