I had a kitchen fitted 4 years ago, paid alot for it. Now the doors are bowed and the outer layer of the cupboard doors are coming off not only on the dishwasher but the fridge aswell. I thought kitchens were meant to last for many years?

Paid for a repair and service on our boiler. Never repaired fault so we had to get British Gas out. They found the boilers vacuum had eroded making it unsafe. Still waiting for a response from Harts on why they didn’t see this on inspection; charged us for a repair (they failed to find or resolve) and the service (on a dangerous boiler). Appalling service.

They came out when they said to fix an outdoor tap but when they looked at it they said it needed a complete new tap so when I got a call from the office I was told it would be 156 so I said not to bother I then got the same job done by a very nice plumber for 50. Then I got a bill from harts for 55 plus VAT just for them been in my house for 10 mins to go away and report back to the office very expensive

Used this company many times for numerous building projects. The lads on site are excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth an enquiry if you have a project in mind.

The men who did the work were very nice and arrived promptly every day. They did however suggest some alterations to our original bathroom plans, some of which were very costly, and meant we haven't now got the bathroom we were expecting. The after sales service is very poor. We have had various snagging problems and these have taken many phone calls and wasted time chasing up promised callbacks that have never materialised. Parts have not been ordered when promised and all in all we expected a far better service considering the amount we paid.
