Drivers must do about 70 down hedon Road and two drivers undertook me again at high speed. Phoned the number to complain and they just laughd and put the phone down. These drivers should be banned. Wife took a picture of the badge number aswell

Not so much for the service but the drivers , parked next to one of there drivers in Sainsbury’s when getting into there brown peugeot 3008 slammed the door into mine then quickly drove off , disgraceful no care at all , won’t be using after this!
Booked a taxi last night at -1 outside to walk from thorngumbald to Hedon a 36 minute walk in pitch black carrying two heavy bags, I was very scared. There was no phone call to say they were late or wasn't coming, wouldn't answer the phone ... I could have been attacked, luckily I'm fine but it could have been a very different story. Can't put into words how disgusting they are.
The most disgraceful taxi service I have ever used!!!!! Taxis booked for a wedding party for bride groom and family over a month before- on the night left stranded at the venue waiting over an hour- when calling to find out where the taxis where phone was left off the hook and when they eventually answered I had the phone put down on me! I will never use this taxi company again they should be ashamed of there disgraceful service and I would advise everyone not to use the them!!!! Try one of the many other fantastic services in the area but avoid Hedon/ holderness taxis like the plague!!!!
First class service at a good price. Would use them again, no problem.
