Took phone in for repair beginning of the week to be told it would be ready the following day. Wasn’t ready. Been back every day for last 3 days and still not ready. No explanation or apology. Been there his morning (Saturday) to be again it won’t be ready y til 4pm today. Serious lack of communication and several wasted trips. Won’t be using again

I went to IOS Phones on a friends recommendation. I have had a tempered glass screen fitted on my S20 done in 30 minutes. More impressively though was they replaced the screen on my specialist phone which is a Doogee S95 Pro. I have had 2 other companies who claim they can fix any phone and both failed. But IOS Phones did the job if you were to watch the breakdown video for this phone you would appreciate how much work they had to do to fix this phone. Awesome guys.
