Started off great as they came the same day to measure up for us. Was quoted 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks we called to check up on our order. Was told we should have been told it was 8 weeks when booking and that they would arrive \in a few more weeks\. Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to covid. We then received a phone call to book our fitting. Night before the fitting we received a phone call from the fitter explaining that he didn't have our blinds and they must be lost. Called to find out what had happened and the material had been out of stock for a month and by the sounds of it they never ordered our blinds. Even the person on the phone admitted they were shocking as a company. Would not recommend.

Fast and professional from start to finish , the blinds where delivered and installed faster than the original time frames given , and the fitting was done to a very high standard but also extremely fast , would highly recommend

What a wonderful company and people. Henry came and measured up and help me select the perfect blinds for our home. The fitters Paul and Callum called to arrange a day and time and did an excellent job. They left it all nice and tidy very polite. Would highly recommend them and will be in touch soon for the kitchen blind.
