We are really pleased we put our trust in Gary and his team, absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. We turned up at the review of Gary's planning expecting to see just a layout of kitchen furniture, what we didn't expect but were really pleased to see was that Gary had taken into account the strip out of all the existing furniture, the first fix plumbing and electrical including more sockets, extra lighting, the installation of the new furniture (of course) and all the second fix electrical & plumbing, as well as new flooring and even the skimming over the old bubble effect on the ceiling finish. The team that carried out the installation were all very nice guys and very considerate and have done a first class job, the furniture is very high quality, and between them all they have turned a shabby old 1970's kitchen into something straight out of the 21st century, We are truly happy with this experience from start to finish, and having had a rather bad experience with the 'W' organisation 8 years ago (old house) we are rather relieved to find someone we could trust to hand over a substantial amount of cash to and get exactly what we paid for. Well done Gary and the team, Sorry I can't remember all the names! We wish you well for the future.

After first placing an order with Wren for my new kitchen, then cancelling it after realising I was paying almost 5000 for a dry fit, no electrical work, plastering plumbing or tiling included. I then went to Kitchens by design and was amazed by the quality of their products, I arranged an appointment for them to come and give me a quote, Gary, the owner came, and a few days later I went to view his design for my new kitchen in their showroom, I loved what he had done, so placed my order, the price may I say did include everything. My new kitchen was fitted about 4 or 5 weeks later, the fitters, Chris, Dan and Ryan, the electrician Craig, tiler Richard, plasters and plumber who's names I can't remember, all did a fantastic job as you can see, Gary himself project managed the job and came every day to make sure that things where progressing smoothly,. I would highly recommend Kitchens By Design to anyone who want's a quality kitchen fitted to the highest standard, by a professional team. Thank you very much Gary. Paul
