Security guard, rude,bad attitude, one imthinks hes modeling ,the other must hve small man sidrome, rude ,inconsistent with covid rules. Treat junkies beter than paying customers. I bet you you couldn't even time 9x8! If u,the security guard reading this you know I'm right mr.
The employees are polite and can’t help you enough, they offer a wealth of knowledge. It is a real shame to see that some other users have left terrible reviews because I am certain they would not purposely ignore someone.. after all the service is free for us to use and they are extremely busy dispensing all different kinds of medicines. Some people seem to forget that it’s medicine they’re dispensing and It’s not a fast food chain, a small error could put a life in danger! I have never had a problem collecting mine and my wife’s prescriptions over the years and if there has ever been a discrepancy they have contacted our GP surgery to resolve it prior to collection. I also just want to add they have very long opening hours which I have found to be very convenient in those times of need when other places have been closed especially over the weekend so thank you to the whole team at Lloyd’s Pharmacy who work hard everyday to provide this excellent service.
