Due to working in care and not being able to attend 3 appointments even though I cancelled due to work commitments I have been struck off as a NHS patient.I was not told this it was just done without any letter or correspondence this practice is only happy to accept private customers as they have more money.A disgrace they class not attending for 2 years even though we are in a pandemic my wife has been with my dentist 13 years and the same has happened.

Can't speak more highly of the staff at this Practice - always so obliging and if they can do anything to help then they will. Special mention must go to my lovely dentist Tharuni who gives her time so generously and gives you direct and no nonsense advice which is always appreciated and listened to. She and her dental nurse, Helen, are a great team and so friendly it's almost a pleasure - ha ha - almost!!! Highly recommend these ladies and the Practice as a whole.

For years I was terrified of going to the dentist, and put it off. I finally had to go and get a tooth extracted, and then had fillings as well. Michael and Kirsty were absolutely brilliant, both put me at ease and Michael explained what he was doing throughout the whole treatment. I no longer fear going to the dentist. An all round positive experience!

I cannot recommend enough Micheal Cook at this surgery. He is so professional and puts me at ease on my visits. He takes time to explain everything and does not perform any procedures without discussing fully first. Not my most favourite place but he makes it much easier

Needed a small filling.Was told it wouldn't hurt but was pleased to be able to choose whether to have an injection or not.I trust my dentist and chose to not have the Jan.No pain ! I also had to have a cast made of my upper teeth , which I always find uncomfortable.My dentist distracted me until it had set .Again ,no problem .This practice was recommended to me by a friend.Finding a good dentist is like finding a good car mechanic :- once you find one you keep them and recommend them to everyone!

The dental practice is outstanding in all areas from the receptionists to the amazing dentists dental nurses and other staff. The treatment is never rushed, feel like you are being really looked after and expert advice. Lovely clean surgery too.

Love this Dentist. After moving from another dentist in Hull who caused massive issues with my teeth I can safely say My dentist has restored my confidence in attending. Plesent staff with good customer service and they have time for you if you have concerns. 10/10
