My two young children had their first appointment in just over a year last Saturday due to the closures and measures put in place from Covid. I was anxious about bringing them but was completely reassured. I received a telephone call the day prior to confirm the arrival process and what to expect when arriving at the practice we where also asked about our current health and a quick screening/covid questionnaire was completed the receptionist Sam was lovely and put me completely at ease. When arriving at the appointment I was greeted at the doors of the practice, myself and two children where all temperature checked and asked to sanitise our hands the practice was immaculate and all social distancing markings/measures where in place. All Staff wore P. P. E ie Face Masks etc. I know it's not the easiest of times right now but Charlie and her Nurse Hannah where amazing as usual with the children, the visit was quick, smooth and we felt completely safe! Thank you to the Mydentist team Newland Avenue!

Just rang up, explained front upper tooth fell out during first lockdown 6 months ago. Also explained lack of confidence, mental effect caused by that over that time period. Told they are not takimg on NHS at the moment but had an AFFORDABLE PLAN, 39 just for check-up! It's seems all dentists are scamming Covid-19.

Really bad experience, was taken on emergency after 48hrs when i said tooth needs extraction asap. The dentist was rude, did get like 6 8 anesthetic injections and literally my face was stiff and tooth still in pain. She gave up saying she will refer me to the hospital. The pain after 4 hrs was that massive so i ended up crying. Did go to the next dentist that was highly rated. 3 injections and didn't feel when they pulled the tooth out. Do not recommend!

Cured my own personal fear of dentists . Always extremely friendly and helpful. Waiting times are always kept to a minimum. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend mydentist to friends and family.

Staff are fantastic and friendly always happy and helpful, had braces fitted by Dr.Priti and my experience was excellent! I would 100% definitely recommend mydentist Newland Avenue to anyone! Thank you for giving me confidence to smile!
