Fantastic customer service from Terri today. Looking at a new suite & she listened & advised then went through all the ordering procedure efficiently but with a lovely personality. Very impressed, shops need more staff like Terri!!

Excellent love all their stuff
Went in last night to buy some tables and a lamp, the guy who served (Aaron) us was so helpful. His customer service skills were fantastic, went over and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed, He even offered to help us to the car. Thank you Aaron
Opening times have been changed to 10am to 5pm. This sign is around 50 feet away from the collection sign at another door and it does not state the new times on the order email or website, nor the helpline knows the times.
Thank you to the lovely lady at the Kingswood store who helped us get 2 Diamante Panther that you can no longer order they look perfect in my livroom
