I saw SHAZAM! Here with my dad and the cinema was really good but I went a second time and a very rude member of staff started shouting at my mum saying that I was too young to see Rocketman. Firstly, I was with my parents and it is legally up to them to allow me to see a film. Secondly, I was actually at the age requirement to see the film and finally, the member of staff asked me for my birth certificate. Yes. Because a fifteen year old, carries their birth certificate around with them. Haven't been back since the start of lockdown but I would be willing to go again.

We love this cinema! Not overly priced, although slightly more expensive than others in the area we don't mind paying for the level of comfort you receive! The combos are of typical cinema prices and the sizes of drinks and popcorn are reasonable, best overall cinema in Hull!

Tried to book tickets for the first time and got to the payment page which just refreshed deleating my card info, tried again and same result, third time session expired message, 2 hours later still cant book tickets. Tried to contact but email only and again 2 hrs and still waiting for a reply. For a high tech cinema to have no contact tel and a broken web page not a great experiance so far.

Pretty standard ideal luxe cinema, which means it is exactly as you would expect. Cafe and confectionery stalls at entrance. Parking is available outside and you have to validate parking with registration plate to ensure you don’t get a fine. There are a bunch of shops in a retail park opposite the cinema so you can stock up on sweets and drinks cheaper beforehand.

What a fabulous cinema. Easy to get to, loads of free parking (just enter your car registration number inside the cinema DON'T USE THE MACHINES OUTSIDE), several machines to get your tickets,H all very easy. Food and drinks available, not too expensive. Wonderful thick carpets that must have the thickest of underlay because they're bouncy, but also very clean. The reclining seats are great, with loads of legroom in front. As soon as the show finishes the cleaning squad arrives to clear debris and wash trays etc. The staff are WONDERFUL, with nothing too much trouble.

What an overhaul the Luxe gave the ODEON in hull, the feel is now much more comfier, staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly, the seats are comfy and I think everyone enjoys playing with the reclining! Great choice of food and I was surprised at the alcoholic choices, ODEON keep it up because since the Luxe you’ve had my business!

Have been a couple of times in past few weeks, seats are superb, rooms are small and easy to find your way round. Social distancing measures in place and very attentive staff who I hope they keep on board after the latest lockdown announced for November 20.
