5 pm Ordered food, 1 1/2 hrs they said. 2 hours later it still wasn't here. Rang again, they are just cooking it now! 2 1/2 hrs later still didn't come. Will never order again, very rude and they lie!

Was recommend by a friend, the pizza was great, big chunks of chicken on my BBQ Chicken Pizza, affordable prices, friendly service, I would go again and I recommend this takeaway to other people! Stephen Atkin. :)

Food great service terrible ordered at 5pm before things get busy on a sat night told hour n half for delivery which didn't mind but rang after 2 hours told another 20mins and then it never turned up terrible plenty more takeaways want business at the moment I'd say if you want delivered food on time avoid pizza city

very unprofessional and rude!! .. I made an order of food (for my two young children) which consisted of a 10 inch pizza and a burger!.. i was patient enough to understand they may be busy until calling the takeaway when it was up to two hours late...to then be told on the phone it wasn't even in the oven yet!.. i call again 15 mins later to be told again it will be another 20 minutes.. the young GIRL on the telephone.. was very unprofessional also, screeching and swearing between the Phone call to which i imagine was the owner.. I asked for some of my money back as they claimed my food was already leaving and ready to go.. i asked for my refund of some monies to be given from the driver when he arrived to rectify the problem and for the long wait.. to be then told he doesn't speak good English..... he spoke perfectly well and understood every word i said .. The takeaway has not in any way stated when i will get any refund nor an sincere apology for the delay... this isn't the first time this has happened but i gave them the benefit of the doubt having ordered last time some time ago.. what a mistake that was!.. To top it off the burger bun was solid and the food order was not worth the 13 i paid.. Maybe staffing & professional qualities need looking into and maybe a mature member of staff would help! Aslong as theyr taking people's money they dont seem to have Any respect for their customers!!
