I found out about Sucram yoga about a year ago and thought I’d join the beginners classes. To be honest I didnt think I’d last too long with how little flexibility I have! But the instructor ‘Louise’ has been amazing since day one! She’s really passionate about what she does and loves to help and see people progress! So, from the beginners class I have gone to weekly 1-2-1 sessions with Louise and I have not a single bad thing to say. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sucram yoga to anyone even thinking of trying yoga. 5/5 rating from me.
