I recently went for my usual check up with Dentist. I was informed I would need three teeth filling. So another appointment was made for this to be done. The Dentist and Nurse were really very polite and caring and the work to my teeth carried out without any fuss. Im now able to chew my food and enjoy the work that they have done for me. Obviously given that we are all wearing face masks and only being allowed into the building as an when they are ready for you, my experience was great. The Receptionist and staff member who took my temp and asked me if I had been in contact with or had any symptoms were both courteous and proficient as I was quickly admitted to the premises and through to the Dentist. All in all a speedy and cheerful experience given the current environment. It's a pleasure to go feeling so assured that the service you receive is given in a genuine caring manner. Ian B.

I was here earlier this week, for a check up and consultation. Needed to arrange a follow-up appointment with the Hygienist. All done in no time. A very good service, I think you'll find!
Always a great experience at the Dental Design Studio. Helpful staff (especially in the current climate!) and friendly service. At the moment they take your temperature as you walk in and provide hand sanitiser. It’s a very simple and dealt with by the staff really well. Very slick service. All the dentists and technicians are really helpful and give a thorough examination. Great service as always! Highly recommend dentist.
Been with dentist for several years And use to be with Chris Challans, but now with Andy seen Andrew on a number of occasions and I highly recommend Andy as a dentist he talks through everything with you and he is the only dentist I have seen who as checked under the tongue. and is highly competent at his job Thanks
I visited this practice for the first time today as a new patient after not seeing a dentist for many years due to a previous bad experience. All I can say is what an amazing team, the receptionist was friendly and the dentist and nurse were very reassuring, everything that was done and needs to be done was explained to me in detail. I felt so at ease during my visit and I look forward to returning for treatment. A special thanks to Andrew and team for all of your help!
Fantastic service, the reception staff are helpful and polite. Andrew is a brilliant dentist and explained everything to me very well I felt looked after and safe during my appointment with the current regulations in place, his nurse was also very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice.
5 star rating for this dental practice. All staff are very polite and friendly especially the receptionist always able to fit me whenever I have any worries with my teeth. Big thank you to the Dental team.
Recently visited for a check up, further work needed , appointment made quickly, great staff, felt safe due to current procedures and Chris is a fab dentist, overall a great practice
