Quite a good selection of homeware and Christmas decorations but there is a few of the staff could use more training in customer service, also we tried to purchase a big Ben floor lamp and was told we couldn't have the display model but if we paid the full cost of the item we could have one some time in 2021 they couldn't even give us a rough idea when in 2021! There wasn't any information on display advising customers of this

Great range of Christmas stock coming into the store.
The customer service needs to be worked on abit - the lady at the till barely spoke a word to me, and then started chatting to a colleague. Kind of felt ignored if I’m honest, like I was an inconvenience. But in terms of the shop itself I love amount the range has to offer! Always leave feeling fulfilled
