No stars whatsoever, I had to put one star as you cannot post with none. My family experienced a misdiagnosis and shocking treatment of patients by the nurses. This is Not acceptable and someone needs to address this - I have taken this matter to Health Ombudsman! Office of Health Standards Compliance - Let's see if someone assists these poor people, certainly not recommended!

I am struggling to find words to explain how disgusted I am in this Hospital. Brought my elderly mother who have possible cardiac failure. Been sitting here since 09:30...it's now 18:00. Nobody even look like they care. The 'system' is not working!!! Edit: it is now 23:55....no help yet. Edit: 01:38 the next day. My mother, 62 years old, still sitting in the same chair. Here are people thats been waiting over 24 hours already....

If I could give 0 stars I would have. The weekend we were waiting from 13h00-17h00 for consultation only to be told to come back the next day. The next day we waited from 8h00 until 17h30. So we just left. Appalling service

THIS HOSPITAL IS TRULY NOT EVEN WORTH A SINGLE STAR. MY 78 YEAR OLD MOTHER HAD A SEVERE ATTACK OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE WITH A HEARTRATE OF 125 - THAT WAS TAKEN AT HOME , 2HOURS LATER - STILL NO HELP . I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THE SEVERITY OF HER CIRCUMSTANCES BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE SISTER HAD THE ODASITY TO TELL ME NO SHE CANT GO AND LOOK AT MUY MOM NOW SHE IS ON HER WAY HOME. I BEGGED HER PLEASE I AM FROM RTB AND MY HANDS ARE CHOPPED . I FELT SO HELPLESS, THEN I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE - BUT THEY STAND TOGETHER , HELPING THE DRUNKS RATHER THAN CHECKING WHO REALLY NEEDS THE HELP. THERE WAS ONLY ONE DR ON CALL - I UNDERSTAND IT TOTALLYBUT SURELY THEY SHOULD HAVE A SISTER ON CALL JUST TO POP IN AND OUT OF EMERGENCY TO SEE WHO TRULY NEEDS TO BE ATTENDED TO ASAP. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SOMETHING LIKE THIS . SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS AND NOT ONE HAD A HEART OR A LISTENING EAR. GOD HELP THIS COUNTRY

I am proud to have this hospital nearby, recently had a dbl hernia op there, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure, from the surgeon, medical staff, to the cleaning lady. THANK YOU GRAHAM
