Rude and entirely unhelpful, said it was a switch problem, he couldn't do anything and I would need to go back to vehicle maker for parts then gruffly told me to be off. I went to Motolek where a profesional called Stegman solved it all in an hour, no need to go to parts manufacturer. Rather go to PMD auto if you have an electrical problem with your lawnmower. Poor customer service for free.
