Wasn’t really impressed when I was there a little while ago. I waited for over an hour and a half for my vehicle on a timed appointment, it would’ve been nice to have communication if they were running late as things happen. There was an apology at the end but updating your customers when they can still see their vehicle outside the shop for an hour past their appointment time would be nice.

They are the dealer for ccs tunes which I have in my truck already, they added a transmission tune to it as well and what a big difference on how it pulls. Thank you to auto ethics on a job well done.

The service and communication was great. Some parts in the front end of my wheelchair van messed up and needed to be fixed before I could go back to my house in Saskatoon. I phoned on Monday and they were booked all week until Friday but they still took the time after hours to inspect it, order the parts and put them in by Wednesday. Very pleased with how they accommodated my situation
