Installed a thick and unnecessarily tall 10ft(!) TV aerial pole without discussing how tall it would be prior to installation - considering we are already the tallest house in the street, it was completely needless and unsightly. After some to-ing and fro-ing he finally and reluctantly agreed to lower it to 1m max - we didn't lose any channels whatsoever considering 2m was cut off - so why was it unnecessarily so towering in the first place?! We paid the invoice in full the next day. He then had the audacity to send another invoice through two weeks later for rectification, after not mentioning any sort of additional fee! Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say we will be contacting Trading Standards should he attempt to pursue payment. Avoid!
