Faaaantastic!! Service, food, atmosphere. All impeccable. Very professional. Even a simple thing like scrambled egg on toast was probably the best I've ever eaten. The family really enjoyed their meals too. Thankyou

We hot here in a panic because our daughter has type 1 diabetes and needed her food quickly, we went in the first place we saw and very rudely was told out group was too big to go on (we wasn't a group but a mum and dad with 4 children) we then walk into this place half expecting the same but we was warmly welcoming, our food came fast, the food was really, really nice. Our daughter had her injection in front of the lady taking our oder and she didn't bat an eye lid, she was very, very nice and we can't wait to eat there again!
It's hard to get sandwiches so wrong. A tuna mayo sandwich with around a tablespoon of tuna, and a prawn & Marie Rose sauce sandwich with insufficient sauce to hold the prawns in just doesn't cut it I'm afraid. It's a good job I took advantage of the EOTHO scheme or I'd have felt seriously overcharged. Definitely won't be returning I'm afraid.
Customer service from the 1970's, rude, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Do yourself lf a favour and spend your hard earned money in one of the many other cafés in town. Not going to tell you about the food because nothing makes up for the appalling attitude of the lady 'serving' here. Avoid.
Popped in here for a coffee as the weather was horrendous and they allowed dogs,we are both vegans so we asked if they had soya or oat milk.The waitress said that they had neither as they were waiting for the delivery but they did have semi skimmed milk which being vegans we couldn't have.She offered no alternative or apology.Next time we will pop into Sainsbury's for a takeaway drink ,save your money and give this place a miss.
