Good tasty food , but food items itself will not be available most of the time
Im visiting this place from my childhood, I feel before the food taste and service was good. But they don't serve tasty food and service is very poor.
Once it was THE place for breakfast and lunch for those travelling on a hunsur road for Coorg or Mangalore. Unfortunately, we had to leave potato palya given along with dosa with chatni as it was preserved and served out of fridge, guess carona and fewer customers had driven them to serve stored food to the customers.
It is available on the highway from Coorg to Mysore. Small hotel with indoor and outdoor seating. My family was not impressed at first look but as it is the only vegetarian restaurant around, we went in. We ordered some meals, idlis, dosas, parathas and curd rice.. First set of idlies were good but the second order were dry and cold. We had to reject them. Dosa was good.. Parathas were not that great..lot of maida felt.. oil as well.. Curd rice was good. Meals were served on banana leaf. Food was just ok.. curd was not served and buttermilk was sour. The papad and powders were not served and we had to ask for the same..

Food was good but I don't like sambar because of its sweet content.
It's one of the very old stopping place for the highway travellers. It's the same with not much change in food. You get good coffee and tea with ample parking.
