They are very pet (and owner) friendly. The waiting room is spacious and clean and the Doctors and nurses are gentle with my 2 year old K-9. They keep good track of your pet's vaccinations and remind you when they are due for re-immunization. Every year, they host a pet halloween event (among others) where they take pictures of the pet costumes.

First visit here left a great impression. Staff were very friendly and followed all Covid-related safety procedures. Dr Westfield answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced , especially with the English Bulldog breed. I have no doubt in my mind now that the hour drive is well worth it. Highly recommend!
