Went to Hunter Hill today for an eye exam and to buy new glasses. Was very impressed by Dr. Matt Smith and the rest of the staff. Facility is modern, clean, and has a great selection of frames. 5 stars for sure. Office also was taking a proactive approach to keeping everything clean due to COVID. Lots on sanitizing for everything I would touch. Signs everywhere mandating wearing of a mask (which I appreciate). Where I was not impressed was the first thing I saw when I walked in was one of the 4 receptionists sitting there without a mask on. She then proceeded to walk around the common areas also with out a mask on. Every time I would walk back into the lobby she had her mask off. For a health care facility to take such care in other places to prevent the spread of COVID, it’s surprising they take such a lax approach to enforcing their staff to wear a mask. Very disappointed in this regard.

Everyone was polite and super helpful. There was a large selection of frames that made it easy even for my picky self to find one. Shout out to Jeff who genuinely gave me honest feedback and was down to earth. Recommend this establishment.

I have never used this place for ocular needs. Which is why I can only give this 4 stars. I am giving it 4 stars because the cabinets, countertops, windowsills, and decorative panels are gorgeous. I say this cause I'm the person who installed them. They are some of, if not the finest work I have ever done in my 12 years of cabinet installation.

I've been going here for about 4-5 years now, and I absolutely love it! All of the staff is fantastic, and Dr. Brittany Klass is phenomenal. Everyone is super caring and friendly. I wear both contacts and glasses which recently started being 2 different prescriptions. Dr. Brittany worked with me till the prescriptions were exactly right, and was super patient. I refer everyone I know to Hunter's Hill, and I always look forward to my annual exam!

I was very satisfied with Stacey Sloat in picking my glasses. She has helped me every time and has been on point with the glass selection she picked. I've taken the first pair every time. She has a unique eye when selecting them. She is very customer oriented and is a pleasure to have wait on me.
