My sister is a happy resident and I've always been pleased with the level of care she has received. Since the facility was closed to outside visitors due to the pandemic my admiration and respect has increased most important, of course, the residents are still being cared for with all the additional testing and isolation that is now required. Most impressive to me, though, is how the social activities have been adapted for these new circumstances -- in-room meals, bingo, chair exercise, manicures, musical events, etc. I appreciate the imagination and energy it has taken to pull all this off. The staff has also devoted time and energy to keeping family members apprised with facetime meetings- staff members are also available by phone and email when needed. To the entire staff: Job well done!

I give Huntersville Health and Rehabilitation Center a 5 star. The facility is very well kept and beautiful. Everyone from nurses to other staff members are super friendly. My grandmother was well taken care of during her time there and always made a priority.

My brother is at this facility. I have found it necessary to call with questions frequently however someone usually gets back to me in a decent amount of time. He seems to like it there very much and as soon as the COVID-19 regulations are lifted, I look forward to being able to go in and meet everyone in person.

This facility is the best around. Most of the staff are friendly and the building is very clean, food isn't bad either. COVID and window only visits makes it tough but I can understand why its the way it is.
