It is with gratitude that I am writing to thank the entire A & S Fenner team for the work carried out to replace our old bath with a new replacement shower. The entire experience from initial measurements and design discussions through to completion have been carried out in a refreshingly welcome professional manner. It was clearly apparent from the outset that the team not only understand all of the different aspects of what is required to install the products, but had amazing empathy to the physical constraints that my wife has, they fully understood what was required for her particular disability. Nothing was too much trouble, the only problem we had was the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic preventing us from having workmen into our apartment for an extended period. No one could have controlled this problem and they kept us informed at all times as to what they could do for us and when. The removal of the old bath and fittings and wall tiles was done with amazing efficiency and although some noise and disturbance was inevitable, the tradesman was considerate to our neighbours and us at all times. The finished product is better than our wildest imagination. The quality of the shower tray, screen and fittings make us feel that we are in a luxury hotel room with safety in mind. Thank you for a job very well done, I have no hesitation in recommending A & S Fenner.

Installation in Hemingford Grey carried out by A&S Fenner Just a brief note to thank you so much for the installation of our new bathroom, the whole bathroom was gutted and re-newed, i.e. new ceiling, new wall tiles and flooring, along with re -locating the radiator, and then fitting the new suite and extras. Even when Steve (the installer) found additional work to be done which was caused previously by so called “professional tradesmen” there was no fuss and he made good before he could start the work he was there to do. Steve and Ryan are real craftsmen with genuine pride in their work which is quite unusual these days and it definitely showed in the end result with nothing being too much trouble for them. The finished bathroom looks just like the computer image which Rob provided for us, and again when we changed the tiles again no problem for Rob to redo the image for us. Rob went to a lot of trouble on the design and the details within the design, and made us feel at ease as he assisted all the way when we were selecting the items that were to be fitted, and advising on the various cost involved. The installers were there every day as promised at the appointed time without fail, for the full duration of the re-fit. The finished bathroom looks fantastic (and stunning) and we both could not be any happier with the finished result. Having now experienced using A&S Fenner I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a quality bathroom job done right first time. We both really feel as if we were looked after at every stage of the installation. Once again, a massive thank you to Rob and the team for a first-class job on our bathroom.
