Please Do Not Use. I very rarely leave reviews of this nature but if I can prevent someone else from experiencing the same nightmare I had, then the time spent writing will be well worth it. They had my car for a simple job for over 8 weeks, I was patient at first but after 6 weeks I began to chase and was given different answers and updates by multiple staff who clearly had no idea what the actual status was. When they did return my car after 8 weeks they had damaged the body work which I had to send back, and then they returned it again and they had forgotten to put my parking sensors in and I had to send back again. Three times I asked the manager to call me and left messages. No response whatsoever. Disgusting service and to be honest I think they assumed that as a woman I wouldn't notice their shoddy work when returning the car and wouldn't check. Do yourself a favour a go elsewhere, trust me if you use this garage you will 100% regret it.

A non-fault insurance repair through Fix Autos... First the quote was delayed because they’d misplaced my photos, then the courtesy car wasn’t available on the day my car had been booked in, so they offered to collect and return my car within a day the following week without a courtesy car ...but failed to deliver it back until the following day. There’s visible paint spatter near the respray area, and even the free good-will valet wasn’t very well done. Very frustrating; terrible organisation and equally bad customer service. Note: fully inspect your car for damage and take a mileometer reading before handing your keys over.
