Very helpful staff- Ordered a parts for an entire bathroom. One incorrect part delivered, but staff were very proactive in resolving issue with minimal fuss. Would highly recommend.

So after spending a not so insignificant sum of money on a bathroom, the plumber arrived to fit it. Turns out the guys in the warehouse can't tell the difference between a bath waste and a shower bar. The shop were less than helpful and basically don't want to escalate a complaint. If I were you, I'd use victoria plumb where they answer the phone and send out the right kit.

Despite recent takeover by Hombase very little stock available while new ranges are brought online. However staff are as helpful as ever just hope this does not change.

I purchased two bathroom suites from Bathstore October 2016 from their Huntingdon Branch. I had excellent customer service from any member of the store Ispoke to, but I would like to say a special thank you to Tim in the store. From the initial appointment my Husband and I had which he clearly explained we were not obligated to purchase after spending well over an hour going over the plans for our two bathrooms. Tim could not have been any more helpful. Anytime I had a query with the order, and left a message he always returned the phone call. I cannot speak highly of the customer service we received, I have informed anyone who needs a new bathroom to go to Bathstore. Finally, our two bathrooms were installed by our own plumber, but the quality of the products are second to none. I would return to Bathstore

Beautiful products, poor sales. Prices scribbled onto business card. Lacked the enthusism I would expect, no effort made to upsell any of their additional products. Disappointed considering the amount of money I was considering spending with them. Will go else where.
