I have used Catworth service station for a number of years. In my experience this small family owned business is a gem. They are always helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Whenever I drop off my cars, Matt and his team are always busy looking after customers cars from all around the locality. The fact they are always so busy is testament to their good work and approach. I'm sure there will be an occasional glitch from time to time, problems with cars are varied, complex and sometimes awkward to identify and resolve, but I really took umbrage when I spotted a one star review which said they were 'overpriced' which is unfair and has never been my experience. Try you local main dealer to understand the meaning of overpriced! I have no connection to the garage only from using their services and I can't recommend them enough.

Always excellent service at this garage since we moved to the area. Good mechanics are hard to find and was concerned I wouldn't find as good as we had where I previously lived but looks like I've fallen on my feet again.
I broke down in the middle of nowhere in my van with a clutch problem, the RAC were going to leave me there for over three hours. I called Catworth garage to ask if its ok to have it towed there, and they said they'd come and get me, which they did, and dropped me off home as well. They fixed my van, which was a much easier fix than anticipated, and as my partner arrived home on his bicycle, the boys from the garage had driven our van back to our house for us. Top marks, and a brilliant service. Thank you so much
