Had my daughter's ear's pierced here and the result was ear infection. Warm, itchy, red, swollen, yellow discharge, crust in the back and bleeding while cleaning. And now on antibiotics for a week! I took her back since I noticed that the earing was in a different position not how it should be... told me to come back when three weeks is due and will change it for her... went back after the three weeks got my husband early home that day and there was the same lady who actually pierced her ears so called manager! Then she says I won't touch it because our policy says we can't. Didn't even had a look! Absolute b.... because of this we had to take them out early and the result was above! Avoid piercing your ears at this place absolutely rubbish customer service and apparently not very professional.
