Had to be tow yesterday out of a farmers drainage ditch. First call out came within 30mins. The guy tried getting our vehicle out with the winch but he said he couldn't do it so had to call his boss with a 4x4 to come out and use his vehicle to help. Waited 3 hours for him to turn up but once arrived all he did was instructed the first guy on what to do with the winch truck\u200d️ Had to pay out the second guy for nothing if the first person actually tried harder to get our car out. Could of avoided wasting 4 hours and the cash.

Had to get recovered from the A428 near Camborne and they where out within 20 minutes of the call and the driver was very good and helpful
I am happy to say that although it is never nice to experience a breakdown, EDAN Recovery was very efficient in every way from the first call to the final point. I particularly want to say thank you to Stewart who is very professional. He even managed to understand my French accent!
Although it was raining the recovery driver was most helpful and pleasant
They know their onions but extremely busy! May sometimes affect relationship with customers as they don't calm down to check and explain.
