There repair workshop is very poor, had to return a watch 4 times to fix a problem each time coming back with a new problem for them to fix?! It's spent more time with them than it has with me. Also bought a ring (not cheap) which kept losing dimonds from and was accused of poorly treating it? Manager (nick) is rude, abrupt and has no people skills. It's not what it's used to be and doesn't deserve the 1 star
