Every time I speak to someone they sound miserable as sin, proposed to leave me without a washing machine with young children till December 7th. When I phoned and told them to collect the washing machine as I'd brought a new one they told me they still cannot collect till 7th. When I told them I'd send it for recycling/leave it outside they threatened to report me. Overall experience is totally dumbfounded and rude. Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered an iPad 6 with them. Delivery was okay, couldn’t fault that. It’s more of the fact that the iPad took 7 hours to charge so I sent it back, received another one which had the exact same issue. Sending it back and hoping for a refund!

Fantastic service with quick replies to questions. Person I dealt with could not have been more helpful. Great price for a laptop a and was able to select a date for delivery that worked for me, even though they had to change one of their routes to accommodate me. Couldn't have asked for better service

The process was smooth and went to plan and the delivery person could not have been more helpful. A couple of admin glitches in the application process but nothing that was not resolved quickly and efficiently Would highly recommend Hughes, and I hope to be able to use them again if needed
