Absolutely disgusting service. Washer lasted 4 months, fault not covered, 400 wasted. Machine is un-repairable as companies I have asked to repair \do not touch LG\ due to poor design. Not interested in retaining customers. Tried to argue with me that they didn't set the prices when I said I expected more for the price they charge!

Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service by LG. The arranged pick up of my tv for its second repair and then promptly lost it. Despite repeated calls and promises of call backs I keep getting the same response without any resolution. They seem to think it is ok for them to leave customers high and dry and just wait and wait and wait. I shall be writing to consumer advice organisations.

Disgusting company! They talk to you as if you are not at all in their interest and Johnathan Stemp will try everything in his power to treat you as if it is not their problem and insult you I will never deal with LG again because of him.
