Terrible customer experience. It looked like the customer attendant didn’t want to serve me. He started serving other customers midway through serving me and sneered when I wanted to make a combination of cash and card payments. I took issue with him and reported his rudeness towards me to the Tesco customer manager and raised a complaint to Max Spielmann. I am still waiting for a response back from the latter. There is no need to treat customers like that.

I don’t know what the other 2 people who left reviews on here are talking about. They obviously had issues to start with John was courteous charming efficient and helpful. He explained the process step by step and I was very pleased with the result. Gold stars all round!
I was disappointed with the services as the manager didn't understand what I asked him to do from the beginning. When I asked him about the manager to claim the bad service, he said he is thd manager to show me that there is no clue. I recommend anyone no go there and look for somewhere else.
Had the worsed experience. John that works there is the rudest and most racist person I ever had a chance to see working in retail. I was overcharged aswell. Feel sorry for anyone that will come to this shop . Avoid, avoid, avoid
